We work with builders, developers or anyone with an interest in land or construction of residential property.
We are particularly interested in growing our portfolio of homes in areas where we already operate, to maintain the most efficient and responsive housing management and maintenance services. However, we will be pleased to discuss and consider any opportunities for sites available for land only or land and build packages.
We have an excellent track record of working as affordable housing partners with house builders providing homes under Section 106 agreements. We have delivered over 500 new affordable homes in partnership with several developers including Bellway Homes, Cove Homes, Croudace, Millwood Designer Homes, Persimmon Homes, Shanly Homes and Thakeham Group.
