Mount Green have a small number of social housing flats that are specifically set aside for rent by key workers.
Key workers are defined as ‘low income workers’ who work in a frontline role, that is usually considered essential to society.
This includes people who work in health and social care, education, policing, enforcement, government agencies or other public services.
Key worker rents are set at 80% of market rent levels. Key workers will be offered an assured shorthold tenancy.
