Recently Completed
Sky Plaza, Farnborough
Mount Green have recently entered into contract with Bellway Homes to deliver 20 new affordable homes at a new development in Farnborough. The units consist of 14 flats for affordable rent and 6 flat for shared ownership.
Backward Point - Phase 2, Ewhurst
Mount Green acquired three further homes at Cherry Tree Lane in Ewhurst working with Millwood Designer Homes. This includes two one-bedroom flats for affordable rent and one two-bedroom house for shared ownership.
Lidl, Epsom
Mount Green has delivered six apartments above a new Lidl store in Epsom, comprising four apartments for shared ownership and two apartments for affordable rent.
Tanners Meadow, Brockham
Working with Persimmon, Mount Green has delivered 12 affordable homes in Brockham – six for affordable rent and six for shared ownership.
Woodcote Grove, Epsom
In Epsom, working with Woodcote Grove Limited, Mount Green has delivered eight affordable apartments including one for social rent and seven for shared ownership.
Broadleaf Place, Caterham
